Shipping policy
Shipping within New Zealand and Australia
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, from which you can trace the progress of your delivery. If you are not there to receive your parcel and do not have an authority to leave option, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
We aim to process and deliver orders nationwide within New Zealand in 2-5 business days. New Zealand rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days.
During Sale Periods your shipment within New Zealand could take 5-7 business days for delivery and an additional 1-2 days for Rural.
We aim to process and deliver orders to Australia in 5-15 business days.

New Zealand Nationwide tracked courier $7.65 NZD (excluding Rural)
New Zealand Rural tracked courier $10.75 NZD
Australian Economy tracked courier $25.00 NZD
Rural Deliveries - For any deliveries required to a rural address please ensure you select this option on checkout, or we may hold your order until we receive the correct payment.
