Shipping Policy

We know waiting for happy mail is the hardest part, so we do our best to get your curl goodies on their way as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding New Zealand public holidays). In most cases, we aim to dispatch your order on the next business day. During busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery within New Zealand and Australia.

Australian orders placed through the CABELA website are fulfilled and dispatched locally by our Australian distribution partner, Curly Life Australia, from their Gold Coast warehouse. This means your order is shipped domestically within Australia, helping to keep delivery times as quick as possible.

While we always do our best to meet these timeframes, delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

• Flat rate tracked shipping — $8.00 NZD

• Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $130 NZD. Already discounted bundles are excluded from this offer.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, your courier may leave it in a safe place where available or redirect it to a local collection point in accordance with the courier's delivery policy.
