Refund policy

Returns

If for some reason you change your mind or have ordered the wrong product, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your unused item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package to ensure a damage free return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If for whatever reason we do not receive your return we will not be able to issue a refund, therefore we recommend tracking your return parcel to ensure safe delivery. Please note return shipping will be at your own expense.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@cabela.co.nz.

Please note your refund will not include original shipping costs, you will only be refunded for the cost of the product/s being returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Unpackaged products (not in original packaging)
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
